Medical Receptionist - Altona North
As Medical Receptionist, you will provide a quality customer experience to patients and visitors in our clinic.
At TLC Healthcare, we are pioneering fully integrated, multi-generational Healthcare services including Residential Aged Care Homes, Medical Centres, Health Clubs, Early Learning Centres, Supplies, a Registered Training Organisation and cafes.
We are seeking an experienced and caring Medical Receptionist with General Practice experience to work closely with the team to deliver high-quality service to our patients.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role at our Altona Medical Centre.

What you’ll be doing
- Maintain a friendly and efficient practice
- Ensure timely planning and appointment scheduling of patients
- Respond to all pathology, specialist and doctor enquiries
- Prepare and send invoices
- Support the General Practice team
