Based in Wallington, we welcome an experienced Resident Liaison to join our dedicated teams and working to, Homesteade Estate Home.
The Resident Liaison will drive occupancy utilising new and existing leads while providing a high level of customer service to prospective residents and their families by conducting meaningful tours and financial discussions.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a pipeline of prospective clients to drive sales through referrers and leads, ultimately converting to placement or refer to other TLC Homes within the Geelong area.
You will be motivated to build on your existing networks and maintaining beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continual success.

What you’ll need
- Experience with AN-ACC funding model
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Victorian drivers licence and own vehicle
- Strong administration and time management skills
