Vinyasa Flow

Gentle Exercise Class
Gentle Exercise Class is a low impact exercise class consisting of seated and standing exercises that are gentle on the body. The class uses TheraBands (resistance bands commonly used for strength training and muscular rehabilitation), small weights, and other equipment. It is a class for all ages, and all fitness levels, ideal for pre and post-natal, and for people with medical conditions or injuries who are looking for a class to ease back into exercise.
HIIT Class
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. In this intense workout, participants alternate between periods of explosive exercise at maximum effort with very short periods of recovery. It is designed to improve strength, burn calories, boost metabolism, and build lean muscles.
