Billing
TLC Medical Centres Mordialloc is a mixed billing practice so fees are charged at the discretion of the treating doctor. Payments must be made on the day of consultation via credit card or EFTPOS. A fee structure is available at reception.
Where applicable, don’t forget to bring your valid:
- DVA card
- Centrelink card
- Pensioner card
- Medicare card
- OSHC card
Appointments
Appointments are required to see our medical professionals. Same-day and walk-in appointments are usually available for urgent matters.
General practitioners offer 15-minute appointments to cover a single medical issue, with face-to-face or Telehealth options available.
If you wish to discuss several medical conditions or the matter is urgent, please let us know when booking your appointment, as you may require a longer appointment.
