In particular TLC Aged Care - Homestead Estate certify that the prices take into account the standard of accommodation and other facilities available and have been determined having due regard to the list of factors specified in the Pricing Guidelines.
You could also be asked to pay a Basic Daily Fee and/or a Means-tested Care Fee which are determined by Services Australia.
