Billing
The billing type (mixed or bulk) varies across our TLC Medical Centres. At all TLC Medical Centres, payments must be made on the day of consultation via credit card or EFTPOS. A fee structure is available at reception.
Where applicable, don’t forget to bring your valid:
- DVA card
- Centrelink card
- Pensioner card
- Medicare card
- OSHC card
Appointments
Appointments are required to see our medical professionals. Same-day and walk-in appointments are usually available for urgent matters.
General practitioners offer 15-minute appointments to cover a single medical issue, with face-to-face or Telehealth options available.
If you wish to discuss several medical conditions or the matter is urgent, please let us know when booking your appointment, as you may require a longer appointment.
Please let us know if you cannot attend your appointment as there may be other patients waiting for an urgent appointment.
